Every Arena Plus user is permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

Account Security Responsibilities

• Using another person's identity information to register or verify an account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system inconsistencies in the games — bugs must be reported to support immediately
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or systematically exploit bonuses
• Threatening, harassing, or intimidating Arena Plus staff or other users
• Using your Arena Plus account for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Making deposits using stolen or unauthorized payment methods

Arena Plus reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Reporting fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• A self-exclusion request from the user themselves
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Account Closure at User Request

Users may close their Arena Plus account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible cash balance will be returned within 5 business days after the closure process is complete, subject to review and the absence of any unresolved terms violations.
